Farthinghoe Fine Wine is ideally placed to help you build and manage your wine cellar. With 50 years’ experience, historical allocations, and deep insights into this fascinating trade, our family-run fine wine merchant offers a uniquely personal approach.
We know our growers and Châteaux personally – visiting them regularly, tasting each wine vintage in barrel and bottle to track its development – and apply this same attention to detail when reviewing and managing your cellar. Whether for drinking, collecting or fine wine investment, we ensure no perfect cork-pulling moment is missed, nor an opportunity for maximum return.
Every wine we offer meets a strict principle: it must be a delicious and high-quality wine, true to its region, type, and style. Our range focuses mainly — though not exclusively — on the classic European regions of Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, the Rhône, and Italy.
Our Cellar Plans
At Farthinghoe Fine Wine, our cellar plans are designed to reflect your individual goals, preferences and budget. Unlike more rigid, high-volume approaches, we keep things personal and work with a smaller number of clients, allowing for a more considered, bespoke service.
Whether you prefer to be closely involved in every decision or would rather we take care of things on your behalf, our plans are flexible to suit. You can choose the level of input that works for you, with monthly contributions by direct debit and clear communication at every step. We’ll help build a wine cellar that’s thoughtfully curated, well-structured and tailored to your tastes – with as much or as little oversight as you like.
