The 2021 Chablis Les Preuses Grand Cru is very reductive on the nose with petrolly scents that gradually cohere in the glass and finally achieve impressive delineation. The palate is well balanced with a keen line of acidity. The oak is very well assimilated but feels quite evolved. It constantly changes in the glass and after 20 minutes the finish is certainly oxidizing. Tasted blind at the Burgfest tasting.
