The 2021 Bourgogne Chardonnay (labeled as Côte d'Or in France) was bottled at the end of August. It has an attractive nose with lime flower, citrus peel and light fumé scents. The palate is well balanced with orange rind and fresh pear, fine weight and though it is not complex, I find this lingers nicely on the finish.
