The 2023 Meursault Les Genevrières 1er Cru has a focused, delineated bouquet, quite nuanced in style with just the right amount of mineralité and terroir expression. The palate is well balanced with a lovely opening, as orange rind and lemon pith give way to grilled hazelnut and lychee before fanning out with confidence on the finish. Excellent.
