The 2022 Volnay Santenots 1er Cru has a straightforward, redcurrant and cranberry-scented bouquet, open-knit and leaning towards red more than black fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, quite elegant and pure in style, with a lilting, fresh, and lightly spiced finish. One of the early-drinking Santenots.
