The 2020 Vosne-Romanée Village comes from two parcels in Maizières and Damaudes. This has very ripe and opulent bouquet, something that tells me it might have been picked just a day too late. The palate is medium-bodied with a very sweet and confit-like opening, rich and decadent, but too Grenache-like for my preference.
